Saw palmetto berry tea

This stout evergreen shrub commonly grows near the Atlantic Ocean in Georgia and Florida, and is also known as 'Fan Palm' and 'Dwarf Palm'. The popularity of this herb has recently exploded due to the publicity it has received for its medicinal uses.

At the time of the early settlers, Native Americans were using the berries as a tea, a tradition that continues today.
